Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Returns must be sent to our designated return facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@magwink.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
After evaluation, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please:

European Union Customers
If your order was delivered to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
