🔹 What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Broken or malfunctioning magnets

  • Structural issues that occur under normal use

If your Magwink product fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair it or replace it — free of charge.

🔹 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

  • Misuse, accidents, or modifications

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use not aligned with product instructions

🔹 How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us at support@magwink.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos of the product

  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.

We may ask you to send the product back for inspection. Return shipping may be required in some cases.

To qualify for warranty service, you’ll need to provide:

  • A valid order number or receipt

  • If purchased through a third-party platform, proof of original purchase date and seller
